We are sorry that what you bought wasn’t quite right. If you bought your item in the UK please use the returns form below to get it back to us. I am afraid we will need you to cover the postage cost but if the item is faulty in any way we will refund this.

We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 services for return postage.
All goods must be unused and in the condition in which they arrived to you to qualify for an exchange/refund.
You have 30 days from the date of the purchase to return.
Proof of purchase required for a return.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your product(s) for your refund to be processed.
All products must be returned:
– All tags attached with original packaging
– Free from make up and any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)
We do not accept returns on the following items:
– Marked down/sale items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please send clear images and specific detail of the issues to email@example.com. Please do understand that most of our materials are hand block printed and handmade so there may be slight inconsistencies in the fabric due to the very nature of how they are made. We do understand you must be entirely happy with your product so feel free to send it back to us. If we deem your item to be eligible, we will refund you the cost of your return postage to us.
We are happy to replace/refund goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Sandfish Clothing does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Sandfish Clothing reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having manufactured damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or a refund/gift certificate.
If goods are considered damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, you then have 14 days to return the product to us, alongside proof of purchase and returns slip to issue a full refund.
If exchanging an item, the price must match that of the item purchased when you bought it.
If you wish to exchange for an item of a different price, your item must first be returned and a refund issued and a new order should be placed.
Goods should be returned by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for the postage of your return back to us.
You will need proof of postage if the returned parcel is lost and you need to make a claim to your carrier.
Refunds are eligible for full priced items within 30 days of receiving your good. We will not refund the initial delivery charge out to you, only the price of the product.
Please note: Refunds are not eligible for sale items.
Payments can take up to 10 days to clear accounts.
